According to Shakib’s coach Mohammad Salahuddin, the couple got to know each other while Shakib played for the club in England and later things started to progress positively.
They decided to exchange their rings on this memorable date at the Hotel Sonargaon, Dhaka. Umme Ahmed Shishir, a girl from Narayanganj district is a citizen in the United States, who completed her degree on Software engineering.
